Pay: $90,000–$130,000 per year

Requirements
- Experience managing mechanical construction projects involving HVAC, plumbing, piping, refrigeration, or related commercial mechanical systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent industry experience will be considered
- Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers looking to advance into a Project Manager role are encouraged to apply
