Ready to Lead Projects Instead of Just Supporting Them?

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead commercial facility, relocation, logistics, installation, and light construction projects throughout the Indianapolis area.

This is a true leadership position. You will own projects from kickoff through completion, work directly with customers, coordinate crews and schedules, and spend approximately 50% of your time in the office and 50% in the field.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, lead people, solve problems, and keep projects moving. You do not need to check every box on a traditional Project Manager résumé. If you have strong leadership ability, a solid work ethic, and experience in construction, logistics, facilities, relocation, installation, or field operations, we want to talk with you.

We are willing to coach and develop the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial projects from kickoff through completion

• Lead, supervise, and develop field crews

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, deliveries, and project schedules

• Communicate directly with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams

• Conduct job-site walks and identify project requirements

• Monitor project schedules, costs, safety, and overall execution

• Maintain project documentation, photos, reports, and status updates

• Make day-to-day project decisions and solve problems in the field

• Support commercial relocations, furniture installation, facility projects, logistics, and related field operations

• Drive a 26-ft box truck when needed for project operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience or strong demonstrated leadership potential

• Experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Foreman, Field Supervisor, Team Lead, Military Leader, or similar role

• Background in construction, commercial facilities, logistics, relocation, warehousing, moving, installation, or field operations

• Comfortable working in both an office environment and on active job sites

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities

• Comfortable driving a 26-ft box truck when needed

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a background check

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Experience That Will Help You Stand Out

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Commercial construction or facilities experience

• Commercial furniture installation or office relocation experience

• Warehousing or logistics leadership

• Experience reading project schedules, work orders, plans, or scopes of work

• OSHA certification or previous job-site safety experience
