Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $65,000 – $75,000
We are hiring a Project Manager / Project Coordinator to help support commercial facility, relocation, logistics, and light construction projects across a variety of job sites and customer environments.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management. You do not need executive-level experience.
We are open to candidates with backgrounds in construction coordination, facilities, operations, logistics, office moves, field supervision, or assistant project management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help coordinate commercial projects from start to finish
- Communicate with customers, vendors, field crews, and subcontractors
- Assist with scheduling manpower, deliveries, and project timelines
- Track project progress and help keep projects on schedule
- Support workplace moves, furniture installation, logistics, facility upgrades, and related services
- Conduct occasional site walks and help identify project needs
- Maintain project documentation, reports, photos, and updates
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, and on time
- Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day project coordination
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, logistics, facilities, operations, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working with customers and field teams
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
- Experience with commercial construction, furniture installation, relocations, warehousing, or facilities work
- Experience reading schedules, work orders, or project scopes
- OSHA certification or general job-site experience
