Experienced Lead Fiber Optic Technician needed for a large-scale data center project in Spartanburg, SC. This hands-on leadership role will oversee and support fiber technicians performing installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, labeling, and documentation of single-mode and multimode fiber systems. Candidates should have 5+ years of fiber optic, structured cabling, telecommunications, or related low-voltage experience, along with previous crew leadership experience. Data center or mission-critical experience is strongly preferred.
